These Rule modifications apply to the 2007 FIPS-Mouse Competition Rules.
:: Article 2: General Information
2.2 Add: Four sectors will be on the rivers; two in the Ason river, one in the Saja river and one in the Pas river, bank fishing and wading allowed. One sector will be on Lake Alsa fishing from drifting boats. See Anex A, which shows rotation matrix.
:: Article 9: Bank fishing competitions
9.3: Add: The beats on the river will be an average of 400 m., being a buffer zone of 5-10 m. on each side.
Add: New 9.6. Wading in river is allowed in all sessions and can chest waders may be worn.
:: Article 10: Boat fishing competitions
10.9 Add: Fishing will be from drifting boats. Drag anchors or drogue allowed and providers by organisers. Two competitors in each boat.
Fishing is not allowed when the controller is rowing except when there is calm and the boat does not drift.
Fishing is organized the way shown in annex B.
The competitors will be provided with life vests. The area besides to the competition will be used partially by the official Practices, establising in the middle a neutral zone of 400 m. long, in which it will be prohibit training and competition, and which will be duly marked. It is compulsory for safety or insurance reasons to wear life preserving equipment. Competitors may use their own, if they are homologated.
They have also to wear appropriate dress for cold, as per special lake conditions.
:: Article 11: Duration of the events and scoring, and practice sessions.
11.3 Add: The hours for fishing will be: 10:00 to 13:00 h. and 17:00 to 20:00 h.
11.4 Add: All practice will be catch and release.
:: Article 22: Care of fish caught
22.4 Add: In the exceptional case of a dispute regarding eligibility, or foul hooking, a fish can be put into a net to keep it alive as evidence, for the control, and afterwards when the problem is resolved, the fish will be returned to the water alive.
:: Article 24: elegible fishes and limits of minimum sizes
24.4 Add: The fish will be measure from the tip of the nose to the end of the tail, pressed all.
