>> Monday, 12th May, 2008 – Welcome and reception.

• 12:00  - 16:00 h. 
  • Arrival and register at Hotel Torrelavega (delivery of present bag at HotelTorrelavega, Paseo de Julio Haceur). 
  • There are several busses coming from the Bilbao and Santander Airports, so as rented cars.
  • Note for teams:  this day, lunch is not included in the organization.
• 15:00 h
  • First Captain’s meeting in Hotel Torrelavega.  General and practice  information, and Jury selection.
• 19:00 h.
  • Departure of all teams to the Openning Ceremony from the Hotel Torrelavega, parade with flags.
• 20:00 h.  
  • After the Openning Ceremony there will be served to everybody a spanish wine, following a dinner tipical spanish buffet.

>> Tuesday, 13th May, 2008.

• It will rotate from Sector I to Sector II, to Sector III, and from Sector III to Sector I, as follows:
  Reservoir “Embalse de Alsa”, practice area, Sector II for practice.
  Pisueña River, Villacarriedo area, Sector III for practice.
  If the captains or any other sportmen would like to practice fishing, there will be a register form.

  Sector I: in the morning only 11 nations can practice, different from those of the lake.  (in case of not agreement, then countries would be drew) with a maximum of three competitors by nation, that in the afternoon will hold  the boats of the lake.   In the afternoon will go to Sector II.

  Sector II: in the morning only 11 nations can practice, different from those of Sector I ( in case of not agreement, then countries would be drew) with a maximum of three competitors by nation, that in the afternoon would get the boats of the lake.  In the afternoon will go to Sector III.

  Sector III: all countries wil be able to practice in the morning with a maximum of two competitor by nation.  In the afternoon will rotate to Sector I.

• 10:00  - 13:00 h. 
  • Beginning of the practice in dlimitted areas.
• 12:30 – 16:30 h.
  • Change of practice sectors. Transfer and lunch in the transit.
• 17:00 – 20:00 h.
  • Beginning of the practice in delimitted sectors.
• 18:00 h.
  • Captains meeting, last informations and details about the competition.
• 20:00 h.
  • Return to the hotel.
• 21:00 – 23:00 h.
  • Dinner in the hotel.

  • Departure in bus to the competition sectors.
• 10:00 h.
  • Beginning of the first competition round
• 13:00 h.
  • Final of the first competition round.  Pick up of competitors and transfer them to the corresponding sector as per rotation. 
  • Lunch in the transit. 
  • Distribution of beats in rivers or boats in lake.

  • Beginning of the second competition round
• 20:00 h. 
  • Final of second competition round.
• 21:00 - 23:00 h.
